Can I return my order if I've chosen the wrong colour ?

If you’ve chosen the wrong shade we absolutely allow exchanges as long as the product is still in its original packaging and unworn.  However please note this does not apply with custom made orders due to them being made bespoke for you after thorough consult.
You must contact us and let us know you'd like an exchange no later than 2 days after the delivery and the item must be back no later than 48 hrs if in the united kingdom or 1 week for international orders.
Anything past this deadline we do not offer exchanges on.

Cancellations: accepted just request a cancellation: within 1 hour of purchase.

Wholesale?
I do offer whole sale at a discounted rate yes, please contact me for this information.

How fast is delivery ?
dispatch is usually the same day so if you're in the UK the delivery will be fast. ( International is around 5 days) if you order a custom item these take anywhere from 2/4 weeks.
If you require special guaranteed next day delivery at an extra cost please don't hesitate to contact me.
 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
